How to Apply New Program for Preliminary Visit
Program Application for Preliminary Visit
• Only new programs undergoing Preliminary Visits should go through this application process starting April 1, 2023.
• Applying for Program Accreditation for Preliminary Visit requires PAASCU Account Number (PAN).
• If your school has no PAN yet, please apply for one by creating a school account.
Step 1: Go to PAASCU Accreditation System Website
Visit the PAASCU Accreditation System at https://accreditation.paascu.org.ph
Under Program Application, click the "Apply for New Program" button


Step 2: Accomplish Program Application Form
Part 1 of the New Program Application is to search for your school using PAASCU Account Number or PAN. If your school has no PAN yet, please apply for one by creating a school account.
Duly accomplish the form by providing the correct information asked in the given field and clicking the "Search My School" button.

Step 3: Complete the Program Application Process
Part 2 of the Program Application is to fully accomplish the Program Application form. It includes the following information: Program, Program Head, Quality Assurance Officer, and Program Application Documents.
Duly accomplish the form by providing the correct information asked in the given field and click the "Preview Application" button to view the details of your application before submitting.

Ideally, all required documents should be placed in a valid and accessible Google Drive Link or One Drive Folder Link. On the other hand, any link or URL is allowed so long as it provides access to the required documents.
Step 4: Preview and Submit the Program Application Form
Once the Program Application form is completed, click "Submit Application".

Click "Confirm and Submit" to proceed.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation Email
PAS will display a confirmation message that the School Application has been successfully submitted. A copy is furnished via email.
