School Application for PAASCU Account Number (PAN)

To apply for Program Accreditation, PAASCU Account Number or PAN is required. The system's technology determines which school the program for accreditation belongs to.

Please remember that PAN is perpetual and is obtained through a one-time School Application in PAS.

Step 1: Go to PAASCU Accreditation System Website

Under School Application, click the "Create an Account" button.

Step 2: Accomplish School Application Form

Duly accomplish the form by providing the correct information asked in the given field and clicking the "Verify Email to Proceed" button.

You will receive One-Time Passcode (OTP) to verify your email address before you can proceed with the rest of the school application process.

Check and copy the OTP received in your email inbox; if not, check in your Spam/Junk Folder.

Go back to PAS, paste the OTP in the given field, and click "Submit and Proceed."

If you have encoded an incorrect email address after clicking the "Verify Email to Proceed" button, you may update it by clicking the "Change Email" button.

If you did not receive the OTP, you may resend it by clicking the "Resend OTP" button.

Step 3: Complete the School Application Process

Fully Accomplish Part 2 of the School Application Form. It includes the following information: School Details / Information, School Head, Quality Assurance Officer, and Application Requirement.

• Mobile numbers should always start with 09 and have a maximum of 11 digits ex. 09176543210.

Direct Line and Fax Numbers should always start with a 2-digit Area Code and have a maximum of 10 digits ex. 0289112845.

Note: When you finish a section. click the "Save as draft" button to ensure that all the data encoded are saved should the browser accidentally close.

All required documents should be placed in a valid and accessible Google Drive Link or One Drive Folder Link. On the other hand, any link or URL is allowed so long as it provides access to the required documents.

Step 4: Preview and Submit the School Application Form

Once the School Application form is completed, click "Save and Proceed" to review your application.

If all is set, click the 'Submit Application' button.

Click "Confirm and Submit" to proceed.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation Email

PAS will display a confirmation message that the School Application has been successfully submitted. A copy is furnished via email.
